Welcome to the playground! Students will learn the basic elements of plot and character through the lens of their favorite stories, then flip them on their heads by devising stories of their own. When the camp is complete, our young storytellers will have collaborated with their classmates to create a series of original stories to perform for their parents.

July 24, 26, 28

In this workshop series, students will learn about archetypes – the universal characters and plots that appear in stories throughout history. Using these tools, they will collaborate with their peers to fashion short, original pieces of theatre to present at the conclusion of the week.
